How to setup a free account to run from the same launcher as my old account?

I created a secondary(free account) the last time that there was a free to play event but couldn't access it from my current launcher. Is there a way to alleviate this issue?

✭If it was free to play it is now locked (i.e. gone as far as I know) unless you purchased the game on that account.
I have several accounts and one is a non sub account. I can access all of my accounts from the Launcher.0 -
