I 'd like to see an outdoorsy area like moonsugar meadow but with an exotic desert landscape. There are a few desert homes but not really featuring the desert itself, you see more of the building really in twin arches etc. I'd love weather effects like sand blowing over the dunes and swirling sand devil's or twisters. At night because its clear you could see beautiful twinkling stars and blazing sunsets and dawns. Lots of desert plants like cacti and succulents. It would suit both redguard and khajit and anyone else who likes the desert type of environment.
