Help me decide a house

I want to decorate a house in Dark Brotherhood- style. I looked various options and just can't decide what to aim for. I need to save the money, but that is doable even for a larger house. So I thought to ask advice from you professionals: What should I get? Only ones I already have are the Sleek Creek and the one you get from Elsweyr for free.

It comes all down to taste. I collect as many houses I can, decorated or not because I use them for a free WP for twinks into several regions and when I did not collect WPs there before. I decorated one apartment in Summerset like the default loading screen of the apartment is because this is usualy the theme of the region in regards to interiour/furniture.

But when you try to decorate it this way keep in mind, that ESO cheats abit on us. Even with ESO+ you cant get the amount of items in the house/apartment.

You could always buy the Dark Brotherhood house under Kvatch. Already has the stained glass window...when it’s up for sale again.

If you play PcNA hit me up. I’ll show you how I did up the basement in my Daggerfall house lol.

I agree with @JumpmanLane ... the Dark Brotherhood house would be perfect but it's on sale for limited times.

The best house when it comes to # of furniture slots versus space is the Exorcised Witches Coven. 400 spaces (with eso +) makes it look very cozy and crowded.

You might consider the Hammerdeath Bungalow. It's smallish, and inexpensive, but has a nice yard area that is actually IN THE WORLD. More, it's away from the city, which might appeal to an assassin, who might be looked down upon by polite society.

Ebonheart Chateau is my personal favorite and not subject to the "explosive offer". It's always available.

Welp hope I got here in time.
Ebonheart Chateau (and the other usual estates) went on sale for Black Fredas last year; you may consider waiting until the end of the month before purchasing it if you were planning to do so with crowns.

Thank you, I'm not getting it right now, have to save money first so I definitely wait for that.
