I know that's not the right place to ask, But this is the only place I know where there are lot of gamers who can solve this problem.

My friend's main PSN account is stolen and they probably changed the password. Now I am from India, he's in USA. He has special needs and live in group home. I searched for him on google customer care number for PSN support USA, But he says that number is not working. What can he do ?

It's probably done for sadistic reasons, as few days back another of his account was hacked. He also plays GTA and guys there are very toxic, he's afraid they would make him lose everything on that account. What should he do ??? I am clueless.
