FPS this stranger who does what he wants ..

FPS in the game is a little bit strange, at the moment I have problems with the video card (now a little old) and my fps with all the graphic effects up can pass from 60 (62 my max fps) to 32; eliminating the various additional graphic effects I go down to 48 fps, more or less.
Now my questions are these:
1) with a top fps, maximum reachable, of 65-70, wouldn't the game be better for everyone?
2) who achieves a fps of +80 (i saw even 95 fps in a YouTube video) in dummie tests gets a better dps? (go double + fast

3) who goes under 60 fps (like me often) how much is the lost in dps? if there is a loss

✭Why would there be a loss in dps on dummy parses?
I use a fps cap from my graphics driver, fps don't go above 60 FPS for me anyway. In raids it is actually often less than 25 fps. I don't see a relation between fps and dps. However, in mechanics heavy fights low fps might make it harder to play mechanics.1000+ CP
