Mages Fury Spammable idea

Just an idea I had but I've always thought how kinda embarrassing it is for Sorcs to be the only class that doesn't really have their own class spammable and have to use one from other skill lines like force pulse and ele wep. An idea I have is to make this skill a spammable for both Magsorcs AND Stamsorcs 
I think it could go something like the base ability dealing x shock damage and the damage increasing based on your target's total HP left like the amplitude passive. Idk how much of a percent increase but something that wont make this skill too op but feel unique enough to synergize with other class executes like sorc doing more damage at the start of a fight and later on Magplars and NBs dealing more towards the end.
For the morphs maybe have mages wrath still deal aoe damage around your main target but at a lower damage amount and for Endless Fury make it a stamina morph that instead converts it into a bound sword or weapon that deals x physical damage or instead you slash an enemy with wind or a cyclone or something that could fit with either the wind theme or bound weapon theme which ever you guys like.
This is just a quick idea I thought of that could help sorc identity even more so let me know what you guys think.
PS Mages wrath could have the endless fury icon cause I like how that icon looks lol while endless fury can have whole new icon which ever way the devs could go with it

✭✭✭✭✭I’d rather they just buff this skill so that slotting it is not a DPS loss. I would love to use it, but I’m not willing to make my build worse to do so. Impale and Radiant Oppression are both higher damage and have a higher execute start point. Fury/Wrath needs a least a 20% damage increase and the ability to use it earlier in a fight (25-30% enemy health).4 -

how though? the damage on is terrible out of execute phase unless you mean those spamming it in BGs or pvp stuff like that0 -
