Post from 2022: Everyone use shadowrend and they kill me. There is no counter play. It is unfair. This set should only proc from fall damage. This will give the player better control too. I spam force pulse on my stamsorc after removal stam weapon lines and shadowrends procs too often. Nerf it!

But seriously it's neverending story. Set A has power of 10, set B has power of 9,5, set C has power of 9. ZOS doesn't nerf set A to 9,5 and buff set C also to 9,5.
They nerf set A to 5. New BiS is now set B with 9,5. Occasionally they buff set C to 11, just to nerf it to 3 on next patch.
In general ZOS doesn't know what is "slight adjustment", it's mindblowing for them that they can change something by 5%.
On the other hand new players always blame others for their own failures aka "hes a cheater! This set is OP (but only when he uses it, when I try it it's meh)!" Blah blah blah...

I seriously hope not...neither are particularly powerful. We just don't have very many viable options. Pretty soon we will just run miss matched sets for the extra stats.

Tbh, I'm a bit surprised Iceheart isn't getting a nerf. Probably because it loses effectiveness greatly in pvp, and is a dps loss in trials.
That said, could we please get another shield monster set? Smth with a stamina one-piece and a not-exactly-pvpish proc mechanic?0 -

Ice heart procs on all crits, not just mag crits, Stam toons can wear it too, though you did say "Stam one piece", so.0 -
