Plunder Skulls not dropping

I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong, because I am no longer getting any Plunder Skulls (purple ones), I only get the Dremora ones for the 7 different activities.

I got those Plunder Skulls up to a couple days ago, and then not a single one anymore.

Any ideas?

Maybe it's just bad luck, I don't have much free time, I played more or less 30 minutes per day this last week, just to get the tickets and maybe some rewards.

The first kill you do will always drop the gold ones. If you kill a world boss after logging in you get the gold one, you kill another one you will get a purple one. It works the same ways for delve bosses, anchors, public dungeon bosses....

Maybe, but I'm only getting the gold ones, not a single purple anymore, that's why I asked.

There seems to be an issue with the skulls today. They drop (or don't) in an erratic manner (and yes I use the timer so I mean : really erratic). Also one of the gold ones simply refuses to drop for me today, although I meet the requirements and do what needs to be done to get it. Tried several times. Everything worked fine yesterday. Oh well...
