Does the set give 133 weapon damage for the entire cutting dive bleed or does it give 133 weapon damage per stack?

Arjuna1696✭✭✭I believe it's per source AND per stack. But before you think that's super powerful (Between weapon bleed, fetcher, and a few cutting dive stacks, you could achieve 5+ stacks, or roughly 600-700 weapon damage), remember that it's only against the enemy that has those bleeds. Hard to maintain very many bleeds on multiple enemies. And as far as bosses are concerned, there's a cooldown on Off Balance of like 20 seconds, so you don't get to exploit the set very often. Deserves a bit of a buff or a slight functionality change, imo.5 -

Confirmed, applying a bleed does not update your Weapon Damage in your Character Sheet. The enemy you apply the bleeds to take increased Weapon Damage against them.

Lughlongarm✭✭✭✭✭The stacking bleeds do not count as separate bleeds. So basically birds will proc the set only one time, regardless to the number of times you stack the debuff. Swarm will add an additional separate bleed debuff, so it will get bonus from the set as well.

✭Birds, Swarm, 2H Axe, 1H Axe, Rending Slashes, Carve. Roughly 700 Weapon Damage if you can get them all active at the same time. Uptimes will vary, but you might be able to maintain at between 400 and 530 weapon damage at almost all times.PS4-NA.
