Ever since the update, something has gone wrong with MMR in BGs.
Let me elaborate. I am getting the usual 30 min wait time for high MMR and still am getting weird group consisting with wildly different MMRs from teams. It is not even that total MMR of groups is similar. One group can get all high MMR players while the other groups have inexperienced and sub 160 cp players.
For yesterday, the first seven or so BGs I played I got clearly bad opposition to the point we were demolishing them constantly. The first match, none of the other groups even got to 50, before we won. The next few matches were virtually the same thing with me getting great teammates and relatively bad opposition. On the seventh match I got not one, not two but three healers and it was easily the most weird match I played in a long time, where essentially I was the only one dealing damage on my team. However, thanks to the insane healing I was receiving, we managed to win with me getting around 1.8m damage and 28 kills.

The next few matches were a totally different story. One match, I got two sub-200 CP players and a stamdk on a PvE setup I think. One other group had a mix of vamp drain spamming tanks and healers. The other side had
@Thogard on his stamDK(or maybe his stamplar, I dunno), two good players I got previously as my teammates and another healer. I managed to get just two kills with 1.1m damage and multiple deaths and lost badly. The next match I got blessed with 3 snipers and opposition had pure PvErs on one team and
@Nefas , Nazbel(i think it was him on one of his chars) on the other team. The PvErs got spawn camped immediately and thanks to the snipers all running away solo I didn't even manage to get more than 5 kills, before the PvErs got killed over and over again by the 3rd team ending the match super fast.
The next match was the same story with a mix of Legend and another PvP guild players on one side, tanky kill stealing petsorc army on the other and low CP players on mine. This continued for the next two matches. Thing is the fact in none of the matches was any premade, it was just MM that was creating these unbalanced scenarios.

Then I decided to get in a premade from my PvP guild. First and for most, the 30 min wait time dropped to 5 min. We got the exact same opposition team with Legend and PvP guild players on one side and tanky healer combo on the other. However, this time, we won with a fairly decent margin even though the opposition was nearly identical.
All this is pointing to the fact that MMR is clearly broken after the patch. I mean lopsided BGs used to happen in the past as well but it is happening a lot more ever since the patch. For the most part the only few matches I got that was decently balanced were the matches I entered as a replacement or as a fill up after the match started. Every other match was either total domination either by my team or one of the other teams.
