I very rarely get crashes in ESO, less frequent than in GW2 and even those were infrequent enough. I did notice that loading screens had been longer since Dragonhold, with Saturday being the worst, but much better since yesterday.
I haven't had actual crashing, but the game overall seems more unstable. Performance is all over the place, turning in certain directions cuts my framerate in half regardless of what's on the screen...ridiculous load times, the game frequently missing weapon swaps in active combat, a lot of light attacks visibly going off but not registering, blastbones standing around half the time not doing anything, the list goes on. Since update 24 went live, the game is performing worse in pretty much every way.
Yes, getting Cyrodiil-like loading screens in old world zones now. Also sounds and visuals are desynced and delayed. Zone and guild chat missing or delayed. Kicked to desktop a couple of times. Performance definitely getting worse.
I never crashed or had lag spikes before. Now I crash several times a night and have lag spikes to 999+ regularly. I was running at 80 FPS and 100 ms prior.
The lag/framerate spikes are back. They were gone for the longest time, now I find I constantly have to restart the game after a certain period of time or I'll get intermittent spikes of horrid lag when I turn in certain directions. The game had actually stopped doing this for about a year, now its back again.
Also crashing now and then, more frequently than before.
PC l NA Legends never die
They're written down in eternity
But you'll never see the price it costs
The scars collected all their lives
When everything's lost, they pick up their hearts and avenge defeat
Before it all starts, they suffer through harm just to touch a dream
Oh, pick yourself up, 'cause
Legends never die
By this I mean crash to desktop, not the UI or an addon flaking out.
Why there is no option "no crashes"? Because had none ESO related for many years.
Other things have failed like Addons, CPU & GPU overclocks. But not ESO.
For now I would say about the same. Some days are better than others. Sometimes I play heavily on the weekends and have gone weekends with 0 crashes and weekends with dozens of crashes. This past weekend I had 1 crash to desktop.

I used to crash in Cyrodiil in big fights pre dragonhold... now im crashing in open world frequently. This is the worst crashes have ever been for me... not only that but it seems the load screens have gotten a buff too
Much worse during the first week, but really better now. And performance is great for me, every move a pleasure. Would be great if that quality remained after the group finder is updated.
ESO crashes are very rare for me. (Much rarer than I expect from anything Bethesda related.) Most are of type crash on exit game and not many of those. I think I've had only couple of crashes during gameplay since I returned ~year ago and not recently.
A. I have little problem with generic full crashes.
B. I have a lot of problems with crashes at the time I'm logging into a new character.
C. I also have problems with CPU use exploding, leading me to either close the program to reduce fan noise, or for it to eventually start working badly as resources are totally used up.
B is probably better since the patch. C is probably worse.
well, back when we were able to log in it was crashing more, but now that we can't login everyone's crashing less (can't crash if you're can't get into the game). ZOS probably sees that as an absolute win.

Shortly after the formation of the Ebonheart Pact, a Nord woman was given a tour of the Tribunal Temple. When later asked about the experience, she seemed upset. Suffice to say, the Dunmer were not pleased to hear this, and thus they inquired further.
"Well," the Nord frowned, "the priests were very angry and unwelcoming. They kept shouting things at me like "you can't drink that mead in here!" and "somebody stop her, she's running naked!" and "we can't catch her; she's covered in grease!""
Haven't had many issues with crashing since Dragonhold that I can remember, but there have been way too many service interruption shenanigans since. First Group Finder and BGs break, then we can't log in at all, it's just one mess after another and I'm starting to regret renewing my subscription.
