I am getting login failures and timeouts on both the EU and NA servers on multiple accounts. My guild mates are experiencing the same issues and it looks like others are too.

Can we get an update on what exactly ZoS is doing about these issues? I don't mean the tweaks, hot fixes, and fettering under the hood that we've had so far since Dragonhold dropped - and all year! I mean, what is going on, and what are you doing about it, and frankly why should any of us hang around waiting for these incessant problems to be fixed. It is irrefutable that this game is in the worst shape it has ever been in and you guys seem to make it worse with every "fix" you make! What is going to be different when you continue with your program of fixes and improvements through this year and next?

Finally, what are you going to do for your paying customers? Isn't it time we were compensated somehow for a) sticking with you and b) putting up with chronic failures time and again. I have multiple accounts, with multiple ESO subs...... I have never been closer to simply un-subbing, and mothballing my accounts.
