[PC-NA] ETA on Achievement Bugs?

Saw a thread that some people were either not getting their achievements, or their achievements would unlock, and then later lock themselves all over again. This was right before Dragonhold launched though, and with its launch, the bug continues to persist. So far, I've lost
"Soul Magic Skill Master"
"Psijic Order Skill Master"
"Hero of the Dragonguard" (I didn't complete this achievement, I just needed "Pieces of History" complete, but now all credit is gone and I need the other four achievements again)
"Dragonic Minion Slayer" (Not completed, but numbers reset)
"Pellitine Dragon Killer" (Not completed, but numbers reset)
"Welcome to Pellitine" (lol)
"A Hero's Song"
"A New Beginning"
"Helping the Helpless"
"Leaves on the Wind"
Thankfully nothing else other than Southern Elswyer and Skill Master achievements have been effected. However, this is pretty upsetting and makes me worried that achievements will continue to relock themselves. This initially happened to me yesterday, and only a few Southern Elswyer achievements relocked themselves. However, more and more achievements continue to relock themselves like a spreading virus, and Psijic Order was one of those new ones, so it's spreading to places outside of just Southern Elswyer. Has this been happening to anyone else?
Is there an ETA on a Hotfix for this, @ZOS_GinaBruno?

Auroan✭✭✭Also, while I'm at it, since it literally just happened to me right after I posted this discussion, I'm having this visual bug that doesn't seem to fix itself even after reloading UI, but I'm sure relogging will work. I've just never had any bugs like these happen to me before. All of this started happening with Southern Elswyer. ESO has usually always been pretty stable for me.

Zyva✭✭✭✭✭I too would like to know an eta!! The acheives you've lost almost exactly mimic mine, though so far I still have psijic but have lost some housing acheives. All the dragonhold ones are totally busted. Please throw us some sort of bone on this issue.
