ZOS should add a staff that deals Magic Damage, with passives reflecting most of the already existing melee weapons.
Ice staff needs a partial extension on use case. Heavy Attack taunt makes magicka regeneration highly inefficient in most situations and needs to be removed/replaced.
Two-Handed skill line can easily have Pole-Arm type weapons implemented without breaking animations and/or power level.
Bows need a rework to the point where it can be used as a primary bar weapon. At the time it is highly backbar-intensive when it comes to endgame usage.

Heavy Attacks restore x% more resources
Flame: Increase single target damage done by 8%
Heavy Attacks deal 12% more damage
Shock: Increase area damage done by 8%
Heavy Attacks discharge 100% of damage to nearby enemies
Frost : Reduce cost of block by 30%; Increase cost effectiveness by 20%

Heavy Attacks grant an x point damage shield for x seconds(bringing back older effect)
Two-Handed
Adding Pole-Arms for Two-Handed would make these style weapons on par with one-handed variants.
- Sword: Increase damage done by 6%
- Axes: 8% chance to cause x bleed damage over 8 seconds
- Mace: Ignore 20% of target's armor
- Pole-Arm: Increase Weapon Critical by x%
Bow
Snipe ability and morphs need an animation update that fires forward not upwards.
Need an armor penetration passive rather than a minor debuff on snipe morph to make the BOW part of weapon worth its name.
Reduce bow light and heavy attack speed to match that of using Two-Handed weapons.
Increase the damage of light and heavy attacks. Arrows need impact force and not be like chucking irritating splinters.
