today i can join a queue for a random dungeon but nothing happens for hours and hours. is it still disabled?

Unable to get queue pop for random normal at prime time as healer or tank for like half an hour. Only after i repeatedly left and reentered the queue i eventually got into a dungeon.1 -

✭meanwhile i found out that the group tool only works if you are already on a group of at least 2 players, if you ask for a group alone it will never work. maybe they limited it for the event.0 -
