Add-Ons Settings not available

If I try to change settings for my add-ons I see a message at the top of the Settings-Add-ons window saying:
Add-Ons Settings are currently unavailable. Please try again later

I know the one and only add-on I have installed does have a settings page. What can I do?

You need to download https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info937-HarvensAStoLAMadapter.html as a work-a-round.

Of course you need https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info7-LibAddonMenu.html to get the adapter work.
If you do not have an addon using it, you have to download it as well.

Thanks for the assistance. it didn't seem to work so I trashed Minion, trashed all my add-ons, did a bunch of other wierd stuff, and suddenly it works...for now. Why I don't know but not complaining anymore.......yet.
