Moltan armaments gives not 50% but 0 % add to damage again on:

Skill do not work correct again:
0% damage add on restoration staff and 0% damage add on 1,2,3 hit of lightning staff.
On dual weilds it all work good now: 1 and 2 hits are buffed correct.
But staffs does not !!!
I understand that party finder do not work, that people can not even enter the game, but my skill do not work correct 4+ month already !!!
I hope, that you will fix it this year (2019).
I do not see any problems to fix it, why is it so hard to make skills work correct and how is possible to bug it each time with different weapons???

Yes ZOS level quality.
The most strange thingth for me is:
Some hard to make parts of the game were made perfect. I even do not know how to make it.
But some simple thingth are made so really bad, that even me or 1 st year student of IT institute can easely make.
How is it possible?
How is it possible for example to make dunguan finder for 1+ year and it does not work?
Skills do not work.
Steam login do not work for year + correct.
