Also crashing on character load too.

I start repair, get Error 1032: One or more files are in use by another process, please close programs that may be using the files (such as the game).

I closed the game 5 hours previously.

Upd: I restarted my computer, then tried again to launch the game. Repair progressed a bit further than before, and then my computer crashed, with this error message: POOL_CORRUPTION_IN_FILE_AREA.

Upd2: Tried again, now it's Error 210 - Unable to download patch manifest.

Upd3: After a few more attempts, finally PLAY. Aaaand... "We're sorry. The Elder Scrolls Online has quit unexpectedly."

Stupid game is still patching so don't know if patch work or not.
Game crashed then I tried to enter an delve in Desan some 9 hours ago.
Then went down for maintenance.

Perhaps running an event some days after dropping an story dlc was an bad idea.
Yes the combat team promised to solve the performance issues by nerfing all the skills so people quit, this would obviosly reduce the income from crown store and eso+, but combat team only promise to solve performance not keeping income up.
However overland and events are not affected by nerfs even if its annoying that poison injection is no longer an one shot dot on overland mobs unless you crit, it was back a year ago so an clear nerf.

It took me 20 minutes to log in to game with various login errors.

I even got pass the login screen to character load, but after about 5 minutes I got a message saying "Disconnected due to inactivity" despite my character was still trying to load!

Error messages varied between:
No valid Internet connection.
Connection time out.
Error 301
Error 304
Error logging in.

and it kept switching between these until I finally got online.

Online it's a bit laggy here and there, some friends who are online are showing as offline, some do not see their guilds anymore and long long loading screens (except jumping wayshrines in Elsweyr!)
