Dummy fps drop

Hey!
Having fps drops and even smalltime screen freezes while doing dummy parse.
Everything is fine in trials with 12 people bashing on boss.
Tried disabling all addons.
Tried lowering graphics to nonexistent.
Lowered even fpscap to 60 so the fps drops wouldnt be so severe.
Still lagging every parse, anyone encountered such issue? And if so did you fix it somehow?

Thank you for listing the troubleshooting you've tried so far.
