Still subbed to ESO+, won't be cancelling. Never have spent £££ on the store, never will.

It is just a game, if I can't get online there are plenty of others to play no need to rage about it like most here are.

I normally buy x amount off eso time then close with intent to buy more when time runs out.

As things are I will not resub again.

Cancel. Last month I returned to this game after 6+ months. Left because of similar issues. Maybe I'll try it again in 6 months, my 650+ cp characters and 1500hrs playtime won't go anywhere. Kids may rage at them, down vote on steam etc., but people like me will talk with our money. Money they just lost and will keep losing if this continues. This is just unprofessional.

I may cancel mine if they do not offer any freebies to PC EU players to make up for this.

Agreed I have cancelled and I won't sub unless they fix these ON GOING (5YEAR+) problems and offer ALL ESO players some sort of massive apology, I refuse to spend money on a company that cannot even be bothered to treat us customers well...

I always cancel right after the payment clears, so I have no means for showing my lack of confidence by canceling at a certain time in response to any certain event. (I avoid recurring payments on my credit card, because I know I'm bad at keeping track of them.) However, I changed from six month payment to quarterly payment a while ago, and last week when I was up for renewal again I decided to only take the 1 month option. While that actually gives ZOS more of my money, I think it's telling that I am no longer counting on staying for the long term.
We'll see, but I am not happy with the current mismanagement of this game. It is absolutely wonderful in so many ways, but I'm not paying to be stuck in loading screens or waiting for patches that seem to break the game even further.

Canceled, runs out in 2 weeks.

I'll renew, for 30 days, when I need to add next year's chapter's 3 sets of new crafting stations to my crafting hall.

I canceled mine once it became apparent that ZOS is completely out of touch with my friends' and my pain points. The way multibidding was forced down our throats (2 of my 3 trade guilds have gone out of business as a result), the EU server issues, the guild history issues, etc. And what are they focused on? Combat change overhauls nobody wanted, a guild finder overhaul that didn't fix it, and client-side memory management.

Note to ZOS: you can have the most wonderfully balanced and optimized RPG in the world, but if people can't connect to your servers or participate in guilds, you have failed.

I love ESO, but this was too much for me.

I cancelled my ESO+ and I currently do not plan to renew it, unless the EU server is made playable again. Should the situation not be fixed by the end of the year, I commit think I am going to play ESO anymore.

As it is, I have cancelled it and now just waiting for these last 10 days to run out.

I dont plan to resub until they at least fix their server. And until I want to free more time for ESO, which again I wont do until they fix their server/game.

I'd say 1+ year at least until they maybe have decent server.

This game's beyond salvation. Cancelation of eso plus or not makes little difference. It's time to move on to something else. I have installed another game and intend to play until I hear something good from eso. Meanwhile I hope that they would figure it out, although I am already convinced they can't. I ve been around long enough to know that they can't...

It's best to complain a bit, too.

Otherwise, they may not know why you stopped paying them and/or quit the game.

You could have just got bored with the game, or with games in general.

Personally, I haven't cancelled yet, as if I do, that will mean I have quit the game entirely.

They need to add capacity to the EU server.

Or rather don't get attached too much to a single game and instead have several at your disposal.

Also be rather frugal when throwing money at games, as worst case would be something like ESO: frequent downtimes, a plethora of issues not fixed, 0 communication, servers which can't handle load during prime times etc.

Yes, not everything is perfect. But despite Arenanet (Guild Wars 1,2) has the best patching system in the world still I want to play with ESO, doesn't matter what we have now. When I like a game, dosen't matter, doesn't count what happen when I can't, don't play.

I keep my eso+ I do not have the problems everyone else eso. After summerset I suffered from long loading screens and that got eventually solved. I have zero problems anywhere else and my pc is 6 years old and I am in need for a new one to be able to keep playing new games that are coming out. I play on windows 7 the only thing that is at the moment good is my internet connection.

I am almost scared to get a new pc because I seem to be the only one without problems.
What I keep reading is that ZOS does not give a *** or are unhelpful when there are problems. I dont think this is true they have always been very polite and helpful towards me. They have always had understanding when me or my partner made a mistake in something because especially my partner gets delirious because of illness.
The only time that they didn't respond and I was not happy about it they appolagised for that and really did their best helping me and helping me fix the problem while they could have said go to a pc repair person.

They really dont want this but it must be very frustrating that a lot of people like me are having no problems and then another lot having all the problems there can be.

I hope it gets sorted for everyone so everybody can have fun.

Cancelled and I'm only planing to sub again if they finally fix the damn EU server problems from the scratch.
2014 -> 2019: Seems it was only worked on the edges of the issues and not in the backend, using proper caches and other SOTA methods to fix this what other games deliver from the beginning.

I'm very sad but it does not make any fun to wait and wait and wait at a bank, or login screen, or avoid ports as this may crash or load for hours.
If this will be the same in the next weeks I'll go and play something else until it is fixed.
Oh and no thank you, no goddies ingame please! Onyl for those who did not pay real money! Please refund me my not playable playtime instead ZOs.

I will not re-sub unless they fix the server issues. It's the worst patch for MagDk 1vX I've experienced so far so I'm already unhappy with the new patch and I cannot log in most of the time and if I'm ingame PvP lags more than ever. I have extreme fps drops (It's not my Pc, other games work fine as always) and my ping is higher than usal. Even if my fps are at 70 and my ping is at 80 all my abilities have a delay and it's lagging everywhere. My Eso+ is running an additional 2 1/2 months and it's a complete waste of money.

Cancelled mine after the fiasco the other week. Still got until January on the sub though. I will re-sub once I think it's worth it, but not until the performance is stable, unless I get bored with it and move on before them.

I know they've got my money, so they probably don't care, but if I do move on I won't trust the next game I see with their name on it and I doubt I'm the only one, so it will hit them in the pocket eventually.
