Guild Stores Broken - PC/NA

I can log in, but guild store search screen takes 20-30 seconds to appear, and then all searches time out with a results panel. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Can't list items, can barely pull up my own listings, from the post they put up about EU earlier i'd say there guild store database just locked up / crashed.
