Health Desync happens always when having Major Protection _+ Resistance CAP

My character that is suffering from this horrible bug is Nord Warden, wearing Heavy Fortified brass with combination of other sets.
Every time when i use Psijic Mendin skill or my Frost Ulti for major protection > my health just stops dropping and i get health desnync, I forced myself to use Troll King in order to know when my health has dropped below 40% This issue is happening since Elsweyr patch

✭I`m happy to report that after Dragonguard patch, this bug seems to no longer occur.
