Why is NA down?

fgoron2000✭✭✭✭I fortunately had no such problems on PC/NA, in fact, at times, there did seem to be a small improvement for me on loadscreens from before U24, but I know that more often than not, problems in the game can affect some players and not others. I also have had the login issues on PC/EU though.

✭✭Maybe NA was working fine, PC EU had quite a history of issues, like boot from server, error 301, 304, 307, 308, and a lot of connection issues with no number.
Loading screens from 5 to 20 minutes, including the feature of inactivity boots while in loading screen, login queues, no guild banks, no guild traders, lag, fallback to char menue, boot from char menue and other loops.
Basically, the EU server is on intensive care now, else it dies.3 -

Yeah, I was just trying to point out the perception is important. I was initially angry that the only block of free time I have this weekend is now during a maint update. But speaking with people they were having lots of issues of dungeons not letting people exit, not able to login, everything glitching out. It's an emergency, and I would have been fine simply knowing that.
Oh well. More coffee and a book I guess.
Yeah! I've been cathing up on my 'Stranger Things' companion book while watching some rubbish daytime TV and browsing these forums. Who says 'men can't multitask'? Rofl.
Hopefully,when the servers are back up, what remains of any playtime people have over the weekend will not be disrupted.
At least it's still 'early' for most US server users compared to EU server users who have misssed most of their free day.

✭✭✭✭✭It is incremental patch that it looks like they had already prepared for next week since it have 5.2.6 making. ESO launcher is the same for both PC NA and PC EU and I think that would be impossible to have EU version of the game at 5.2.6 and NA version at 5.2.5 so even if 1 server wouldnt experience any issues they still need to turn both servers down in order to publish the incremental patch that changes game version number.0 -

3. cleaned the bathrooms
4. took out trash
Now just doing laundry. No reason to cook because we are having leftovers tonight
( lasagna and salad )

I have done the same/am doing the same and also working on a cross stitch of Summerset, sipping tea - I'd rather be playing but this isn't so awful :-)

I chose the "play a silly game on my tablet" option...…..
Pfffft to housework and if the 3 men in my house want to eat they know where the kitchen is!!
Trouble is now bored of said "silly game!

✭Reason is the event. Let us see if we actually get any compensation.
Why? Sure, the never ending issues tick me off too but we're not entitled to anything. It's not like the whole day is gone either, so you can still get your tickets and what not. Even if they did "compensate" for downtime, issues, it wouldn't be "good enough"...and on and on the entitlement train we go. Just appreciate the fact that they are acknowledging the issue and actually attempting to do something about it and not waiting until Monday. Should be compensation enough.
