It worked OK in Cyrodiil so they implementing it across the board now.

Maybe they should not have dropped a DLC and an event in the same week as its obvious that regardless of the server upgrades earlier this year that the EU server cannot cope, even with a supposedly dwindling player base.
I just feel sorry for the NA players that have to suffer an outage due the massive flaws in the EU server.
