That's it... Fix this crap. I love the game but pushing a regular update on the weekend to fix something that should not be broken to begin with? And this happens every single update.
Change your stance from "business as usual" to "Armageddon is here" if you wanna save this game.
A maintenance of 4h on Saturday is not just disruptive, it's infuriating. It's frustrating beyond belief!
Honestly... You guys keep going with this entitled behavior, "it just works" or "we're killing it" and you'll go the way of the dodo soon. I don't want this to happen, I love this game so much.

Imagine treating your girlfriend like ZoS treats us. News travels far and fast...

Either these problems were evident (and ignored), or the testing regime is not fit for purpose.
You can’t continually release duff, half arsed products and expect there to be no consequences. You can’t keep having the same old rehashed events when you know they are going to crush your servers, bring the game down and thoroughly p*** off your entire playerbase.
You can imagine the planning meeting that goes, “well after a lamentable track record of server failure, shutdowns and disruption following the launch of any single event or content, we’re going to try launching a new DLS, hosting one of the most popular events and introducing performance updates in the same week”. What c***hat thought that that would be a good idea?
The really shocking thing is that no one on PC EU is at all surprised by this turn of events.
PTS was a total ghost town for the first 3 weeks because the DoT changes were so obviously stupid that no one even bothered testing them.
Realistically we had about a 10-day PTS period this time around. The final two weeks had delayed releases, failed account copies, and maintenance downtime.
ZOS is doing a horrible job all around right now.
There are actually still people bothering to play on the PTS and offering feedback, when almost everyone knows ZOS couldn't care less about any sort of feedback?
Edit: nothing screams "quality product" than having to push a hotfix on a weekend to fix an issue ZOS constantly claimes to have fixed I don't know how often(login issues, permanent loading screens, server load due to events etc.).

Thats the solution here right....?
