Lower fps since the patch...

Has anyone else noticed this as well?
Before the patch my game ran on 120 - 160 fps on max settings, but now it barely maintains 30 fps. No matter what settings I use.

Your settings weren't on max before. There is no way you were pushing anywhere close to those numbers.

30 fps in populated areas/DLC zones/PvP is pretty common on top-end rigs. You can improve fps by lowering view distance and turning down reflections. Going from 100 to 0 and putting reflections on low will add 40-50 fps.

This is the worst running MMO on the market.

ESO engine is as badly written as in Skyrim and Oblivion. While other AAA games are perfectly optimized and utilize all cores equally, for some reason ESO was designed to rely heavily on single-core performance.

Performance will NEVER be fixed because that would require a complete re-write of the game code. Unfortunately, we have to live with that. No "memory management improvements" will ever fix it. Thats pure crap to calm ESO players.

They were and still are on max. Simply questing gave me those numbers. Agreed, not constantly but still. Now its barely 30 fps...even on lowest settings.
