Nice job on the new Treasure Maps

Just wanted to compliment the developers on these new treasure maps from the Witch's Festival. They give you a general idea where to look instead of some vague sketch of a rock or tree that is nearly impossible to find without resorting to the google.

Would be nice if you could go back and redesign all the other treasure maps in the game to function the same way. I might would actually do them then. Because it's irritating having to load up a website to do them, especially given their lackluster rewards. But these new treasure maps from the Witch's Festival are perfect.

    I have one or two but havent gone looking yet. I'm guessing you are on console because there are addons for pc.

    Tell us though, what did your gold map give you?
    I simply must protest. There are no Penguin avatars for me to use in the forums.

    BTW, I use arch too

    The maps work like the PC Addons for maps. Only even easier.

    Got to agree with this. The new maps work like those of the Psijiic Order quest, enough to give you a clear idea of where to find the treasure without being pinpoint accurate.

    Makes me feel that the treasure/resource maps can actually be done in a reasonable time without having to have a plugin. So it’s great for both PC and console players.

    Now if only the treasure chests gave out halfway decent loot B)

    Addons won't show them. At least that is how it is in my game.

    Normal treasure maps: small piece of brown earth easy to miss.

    Festival treasure maps: huge purple beam shooting into the sky.

    First one I was looking for a small patch of dirt, took me an embarrassingly long time to look just a little farther west to see the huge purple beacon.

    Add-ons haven't been updated for the locations of these maps anyway. The game just lets you know when you're close. The sky turns dark and you see the northern lights. The actual location is marked with a giant purple beam of light.

    Did exactly the same on first one in SE Alik'r,although i did find a skeleton in a harpy nest so it wasn't all bad.
