    1. Better Communication
    2. Slow the Changes
    3. Community Events and Rewards
    4. Improve Class Identity
    5. Give us the Roadmap

Couldn't bother to actually watch the video, I just pulled those off his key frames. There was a lot of whining about how he wasn't sure if he wanted to keep playing, how the changes to the game were coming too fast, how he didn't know what was in the pipeline even though we've been told about it, crying about changes designed to improve class identity, while also demanding more class identity, leading me to wonder if he actually understands the words, "class identity," of if he's just parroting them off.

    Yeah, not missing much, @Katahdin.

Sounds like all the things the community has been asking for. Guess people just don't like it when comes out of the mouth of youtubers and streamers.

I would also add to that list:

    - Reasons for vet players to do overland content beyond just story. Alsthough there are are some skill lines and sets locked behind content most of it is boringly too easy and well, "whats the point", unless yo are into the story.
At least the spelling is difficult for you.

    1. make sure the crown store functions perfectly.

    2. make sure to use an imagined currency to "hide (the price) in plain sight".

    3. always make sure customer base is always distracted (positively or negatively)...

    4. ...or just ignore them and their icky noise.

    5. ...and do whatever you want - we made the game after all.

    Here is my list

    1. Treat us as any good business would treat their long term and faithful customers. By trusting us enough to share more communication with us about changes. Clear communication.

    2. Stop making everything crown store. Every house is crown store now but the one that really upset me was the tickets for the indriks. The whole collecting indriks mounts and pets felt like a huge achievement and it felt rewarding but for me personally you stole that feeling away, that sense of achievement by cheapening the whole thing by selling the tickets. I refuse to buy tickets myself.
    3. Too many changes too often and huge chages that break our chatacters literally. Allow us to adapt by giving us more time between changes and make these chages according to what the community want and ask for not what one leet players suggests.
    4. Respond to our forums posts more often. You need to reach out to us and bridge this gap you created with your players.
    5. Treat us like the intelligent human beings that we are not like a mass of brainless zombies that will put up with anything you decide to dish out. Allow us our right to defend the game we love

Nah, I like most of the Twitch and YouTube communities. This is not a sterling example of what the ESO YouTube community can do.

I'm seeing some... weird, improvements with the new patch. Framerate's up most of the time. Load times are down. Except, sometimes the framerate ****s the bed. It's strange.

Thank you, the forums are a wierd place, glad don't spend so much time on it anymore as I now work from home so recently started a guild we are 450 gamers and run large PVP groups all day :)

I indeed thought the video was really good. That he inserted a lot of his own opinion and experience was the main objective of the video it is a opinion piece not some factual 100% true measured and research piece on 5 ways to save ESO.

I find it absolute crazy that such and old game goes back and forward in such huge steps. Its like experiencing a very new game which is not good for an older game whereby you can invest and are relatively save on your return of investment. I have now many characters that are out of order while I put so much effort in it. The developers should realize people don't play 1 single character they have many. Changing so much means so much to update and for what??? to have it changed again in 3 months, no ty.

    Sad ESO gamer.....

    Helpful to whom?

You cannot improve ZOS's communication with the community. You cannot affect the rate of changes to the game. You have no direct control over the event schedule. You have no control over class identity. You can dig up the roadmap we have, that Hack hasn't seen, or forgot about.

So, that's one of the five points that you have control over.

That's the problem. It's not helpful to anyone. If you could get Rich to sit down and watch it? Yeah, maybe it would be useful in some way. But, you lock Rich in a room with access YouTube videos and he's just going to wander over to Ninja614's channel or something.

The issue with the video is the tone that Hack takes. It's a prolonged tantrum.

It's also not particularly well thought out. I'm sure it's articulated in detail, but as others have already pointed out, this includes redundant entries. A road map is a part of ZOS's communication with the community. If it was, "there's not enough communication," and then along the potential solutions you say, "I could have a roadmap," that's thinking things through. The problem is, Hack's not doing that, he's aiming for a Top 5 format, and as a result he's got conflicting points and redundant ones.

I'm not, primarily, negative against content creators. I even understand that sometimes you cut corners. However, this is a clickbait video. It's not well thought out. It's the YouTube version of a, "I'm quitting, but, maybe not," thread that will get locked without a second thought.

Hack can do better than this. I've seen better content from him. This was lazy.

I am very disappointed in ZOS. I had a constructive comment in regards to mine and many others opinions on this topic and they seem to have just DELETED IT without a word or anything. It absolutely did not violate ANY forums rules. Only further evidence how out of touch they really are AND how little they care about the player bases feedback.

I'm sure this obvious question was already asked, but as I'm feeling lazy and didn't read all the previous comments I'll just ask it....what makes you think ESO needs saving? I'm speaking strictly from a business point-of-view. The game has been very successful and continues to be, so why would they do anything different? Give me facts, not opinions please.

The video is wrong. Zos is implementing a "vission" for combat in this game. It makes no sense to draw it out over several years. It really seems the person in that video has not paid attention to the communication Zos has given us.

Not quite. When U24 PTS Patch Notes hit is became very clear to a lot of people that the combat team does not have a vision, much less a plan.

I clearly said I had little faith is Zos and reasons why in what you conveniently edited out. In other words, you took clearly edited out what I said to change the context. Not very smooth.

My misunderstanding, sorry. Going back and reading it I now understand you were taking a sarcastic tone about ZoS. My bad.

Are you kidding me? The amount of delusional no-matter-what supporters is unbelievable. You actually enjoy the direction of the game? The game is not doing well. PvP is dead and doesn’t work and ZOS keeps releasing content they charge for that doesn’t work. Look at Necromancer skills. Is that good state of affairs?
