Experience Boost ( Witchmother's Boon - 100% XP buff ) <<>>BUG<<>>

I do not know what causes this, but sometimes 100% exp boost buff from the Whistle would bug out, and there would be no boost at all even though you have that buff icon above your skill bar. I try cancel and use again, but all time not work.
