If you unlock this on one char is it unlocked for all or am I going to have to run through the Story again on my crafter ?

Aisleyne✭✭✭✭✭Achievements are character based so you'll have to do it again on your crafter. You do have the option of switching to dailies only to get there on your crafter if you don't want to do the story again. You would just run through the first two story missions to unlock the area and the dailies which is relatively quick.5
