We are currently investigating issues some players are having logging into the European PC/Mac megaserver. We will update as new information becomes available.
XP buffs, including scrolls, persist, even in loading screens, regardless of how long they take!

That means that players, although very rarely, are being charged during load screens, provided they are using a scroll they paid for.
I just realized this after picking up the witch mother's boon and at the same time popping a scroll. I immediately ported to deshaan. I got stuck in a load screen fort exactly 19 minutes. But if you add that up across thousands of accounts, it seems fairly significant no!?
And remember, you can't actually log out during these infinite load screens, that is why you will receive the error msg, "this account is already logged in".

✭✭✭✭✭I would never wait for more than one minute on a load screen. If a load screen lasts for more than one minute. I force quit (alt F4) and relog.

During server congestion, like what is being experienced on PC-EU this week. It still doesn’t log you out the time is still being consumed.
