Well thys is paid service at least for ESO+ so adding additional days for ESO+ should be standard unless they want to present themselves as scammers.

I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau here in America regarding their performance issues as I am also an ESO Plus member. I was refunded for 3 months of ESO plus after a long battle exchanging emails about how overall I was extremely displeased with the product. And yes, I know, here I still am, playing the game.

I'm sorry but AFAIK there's no quality of service attached to the ESO+ "membership", only additional storage, DLC access, crowns, discounts..

In addition, there's that nice passage in the ToS, you know the one that start with :
"ZeniMax does not warrant, represent or guarantee that a Service will be accessible or useable.."

TOS is not relevant in EU law as in EU customer protection usually go first... same goes for EULA in case it contradict national LAW than national LAW wins. In case you argument that it is US firm... it has to follow national regulation of country where the sale has been done. again national LAW will wins.
This thing is called “Customer protection” which is valid for all financial transactions/goods including online purchase for which ESO+ qualifies.

Idk about the USA but no EU court considers a TOS a valid, binding agreement as they're worded far too loosely. Guess we could collectively drag them to court over here if we could coordinate it.

AFAIK, that would only work if their ToS/EULA do *not* conform with national laws. EU laws prevent them from being a legally binding contract only *if* they do not abide to very specific conditions in how they are presented to the user.

Unsubbing seems to me a little bit easier than class action lawsuit or "Arbitration", but to each its own ;)

@Hiruda If the store is closed you cant ask for the manager you tard
It's like turning up to put in a complaint and the manager has taken a leisurely Saturday off and put a note on the door saying 'Back on Monday'
Stop defending these people, they are terrible.

No I have my own job. and i'll presume you have yours.
Now unless you stack shelves, you will have had some sort of training and an education leading up to your career.
Which should give you some sort of knowledge of the area that you are working in.

Geez you all can't manage 2 hours of not playing and expect something for it ?

The best you will get is maybe an extra half day of the event to make up for it
