Hey there!
We have all witnessed the issues that the EU-Server has, after (almost)every new patch/when a even starts^^
We also know, that those issues occur most while prime time. I know, I know... There are more than enough posts about this theme already...
ZOS, please make the Server more stable, maybe get some better hardware ;D
The EU primetime is taking its tall on the game.... To many people are coming online in same time and the Server is not able to work with the data overflow(that is only what I assume/how it looks). We as a community, have to figure out, what to do about this mess. How come that this is happening over and over and over and over? What is the solution and how do we get there? We all know, that ESO has gotten more popular and has gained a bigger player base, how do we prevent this overload on the server?
At this moment is seems like, you are just waiting out the load of logins, wich is not a long time solution.... The issue seems to be "under control" as soon as people give up on logging in, or just quit the game because of an 40min loadingscreen.
But let's be real, are you taking and/or looking for other companies that may had the same issues and conclusions to those issues? Companies that actualy solved the issues? Is your team not big enough and you need more worker?
I am just really concerned about the future, if it continues like that...

the experience i get now from eso makes me feel like gaming years ago on private TBC wow server... its not like LIVE/OFFICIAL O_O, i understand Yoku's worry ... coz u wont get new players... you wont keep actual players... srsly stop DLC stop chapters MAKE SERVERS RUN SMOOTH ! so players will come to spend some $ !
I'm embarrassed for them if they cannot be embarrassed for themselves.
PC-EU servers had issues months ago, so they had to increase server capacity to take care of the queue. Then they lay out a plan to improve performance that wont start for a few months, kind of indicating they have not taken it seriously until then, and it is going to take a year to get through. Then the first step on that takes them back to needing a queue?
I'm totally confident the rest of the improvements are going to go great.
