DK true class identity

We are, i hope, the only class in game :
We are so cool, that our skills do not work for 4+month.
And when they are fixed in patch notes they are bugedagain.
But with different weapons.
4 month Moltan Armaments, did not work correct with lightning staff.
So i play with restro staff, i get more dps with it on 2 k.
Than they fixed skill and say in patch notes - it works now.
Now it gives 50% on duals on each hit - not only on 1 hit, but on 2 , so not 25% add but 50%.
But now no hits of restoration staff are bufed !!! And only 1 hit from lightning staff.
It was not so overpowered skill you know?
Even necromancer have 3 passives, that make his heavy attack look like:
3 hits +15% dps becouse it is dot damage + 1500 penetration + crit on low enemys hp.
So his damage is more with heavy attack with restro and destro staff on heavy attack builds.
But moltan armament buff only heavy attack, and necro all skills and dots + heavy attack ... .
Ok fine.
But you say that you fix it on pts.
You say that yhere are no 0% add anymore.
You say it in patch notes !!!
Why i see zero again !!!
Why 4 month + skill is not working correct ?
Is it our identity?

My sorc and NB and are 1000+.
I do not know how they look for you, but it is better than skills that buff 0% or hit 0 damage add like dk is now.

They ignore my tickets 4 month already !!!
Nothing changed.
Now they write on patch notes:"hey we fix it, now all works"
It worked in 5.2.2, than buged again.
Id does not work !!!
But i see " it work now " in patch notes.

Tickets ? They just ignore it.

What will not help - say nothing.
And i will not do it.
I will post the same again and again, untill i get fix or answer.
If even they say: we want it work like that, and just change skill text.
I will say ok.
But untill i have no answer, i will write every day that skill do not work like it is write on it.
I do not even care what answer it will be. I just want to be heared and get answer.
