Builds and CP are absolutely identical, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP. It is also unclear why the cost of the lash is less by one. In the patch v5.2.5 there were no changes in the operation of the lash damage.

lol 1 point? maybe they use a floor() function to cut floating point calculations somewhere and you have % cost reduction on?

Do not use it, but molten armaments give 0% damage to heavy charged restoration staff attack and do not buff correct lightning staff heavy attack that is (hit1+hit2+hit3+hit4)*(1+50%)
It only buff last hit so less even than 20% add to lightning fully charged heavy.

But 0% add is the last point for me to make me mad !

0% is much << 50% it is even less than 20%!!

    Chain was buged last patch.

    Now all this.

Why do you hate DK so much ZOS?

Did the World in Ruin passive maybe count for Whip and got fixed now? I mean it is close to the 6% on this screens.

I also checked damage on a single target
I specifically remembered the damage of both abilities

Hard to tell from the pictures on mobile, but I’m guessing your tooltip value decreased this patch. Voila:
    Searing Heat:
Fixed an issue where Rank II of this ability was applying its damage done to all Ardent Flame abilities, rather than only the listed ones.

Edit: couldn’t say about the cost difference, but I’m assuming it’s a non-issue.

I tested searing heat every patch, or rather its effect on the damage of the lash and it never influenced it.
Here you need an explanation of the developers themselves for a large reduction in damage to the lash

Sadly, it wouldn’t be far-fetched to think ZOS said they made the fix in one set of patch notes but it didn’t actually go into effect until later. But I’m inclined to believe that, if lash’s damage was not supposed to go down because of the searing heat fix, they would’ve specified that in the notes. E.g.,
    Searing Heat:
Fixed an issue where Rank II of this ability was applying its damage done to Fiery Grip and its morphs and Flames of Oblivion in addition to the listed abilities.

Were you also testing the damage of these other abilities every PTS patch alongside whip? If so, did they have their damage reduced correctly early on?

searing heat just did not affect the lash

I think they should double-check the whip code because trite cost reduction per unit is also very strange
