Normal trials will give you the chest. If you've got a 160, you can hit a normal Craglorn Trial and clear that pretty painlessly for those pieces. If it's your first experience with a trial, I'd recommend nAA.

You can just do normal Trials where you actually have to try to not die since there is About no Damage at all or just buy them since they will likely be very cheap towards the end of the Event....

There will be oodles of these motif pages in guild stores towards the end of this event.

Or swap around with those doing the trial with you.

Or swap/ask among friends or guildmates.

Incidentally, nMA does drop the Arena coffer. So you can get Bows and Legs that way. Also, those two tend to be the most expensive pages, because clearing arenas (even nMA) is actually harder than getting a Crag trial clear.

That said, Swords and Chests are right behind them.

@starkerealm nDSA/nBRP/nMA are a walk in the park imo. Unless your cp is too low.

My answer to @Michae is correct: you can't get sword/chests from an arena. That's what he was asking.

I don't disagree. But, when we're talking about people that struggle with non-DLC vet dungeons, nMA is more demanding than nAA or nAS.

Yeah, judging by last year, Swords, Chests, Legs, and Bows will be the most expensive pages. IIRC they got down to around 10-15k, which isn't bad by motif standards. Though, if we're talking about complete casuals, that might be out of their price range.

I'm honestly not too worried about it, if it gets them to stick their nose in nMA or normal Trials, and gets them on the path to improving, it's a win.

You’ll be able to buy these from traders for pennies in 2 weeks or less. Unless you need the motif ASAP don’t fret about it.

Once the event ends, the price of pages obtained in trials/arenas will rocket (happened last year).

I advise everyone who needs to buy/trade pages during the event.

It's once per day, at least according to the notes. I haven't been testing the events on the PTS, because I'm getting more events than I can stomach on live.

Really do not be concerned about this. The market floods with these pages. In July I still couldn't sell a dremora chest for 1500 gold.

Just dumped a bunch of Dremora Legs and Bows for +120k a couple weeks ago. Chests and swords were 50-70k, IIRC.

Some quests are harder than normal trials.

You literally have to go out of your own way to screw a normal trial up.

If you've never tried a normal trial, go to craglorn and join a LFG, it's not as daunting as you may think, and usually ends as smoothly as a non-dlc dungeon.

Console economy is different. PC Economy, stuff's a lot cheaper. Hilariously, for all the whining about how Addons are probably the devil, stuff is cheaper here.

Prices have little to do with addons. It's cheaper on PC because there are more players.

People have spoken correctly that there is normal trials. Some are very easy to clear with complete pug groups.

Are all of these the same as last year? It would be nice if ZOS rotated them a bit so specific motif pages were dropped by different types of bosses from year to year.
