✭✭I soloed his dungeon the other day and went back today for another run but can only get as far as the first boss and his monstrous gargoyle. After that the doors are locked and I can't get through. Is it possible to do this dungeon again or am I missing something?
I've run into this in that dungeon before as well. Definitely repeatable though. I'm just trying to get a few bits of Treasure Hunter. I picked up a few first time around and deconned them even though I'd made a mental note not to. Think my brain has started to lag lately. ✭✭✭✭✭I do think that dungeon sometimes glitches, but the guy with the gargoyle is actually the second boss... First boss is the lion with the lion pack, a bit before that. If you didn't, try killing it and see if the door opens.1 -

✭Volenfell seems to be a bit... tricky to solo. The lion boss feared me through a rock and into the void... and he fell with me. Luckily he waited for me at respawn with what little HP he had had before we fell into the planet's core.
Next, Tharayya's ex (the one with the Gargoyle) feared me out of his radius when I had him down to a third of his HP, so I had to fight him again with his HP full.
Then... the doors. Several doors wouldn't open for me unless I went into first person mode. Couldn't trigger them in third person.
And finally... having to follow Tharayya when her lads remained to fight those skeletons left me stuck in combat. I couldn't leave the dungeon even though I had finished the dungeon. Had to suicide to get out of combat.
But I got my fireplace adornment, and that's all that counts.PC EU.

✭The door following the Gargoyle was the first one that didn't want to let me through, though. There was just a 'door' sign, but no handle, so to say. No way to open the door. I had to scroll all the way into first person mode and then look up and down several times until 'secret passage' and the 'E' for 'use' appeared in one little spot. Up to that point I had been afraid I had to drop the quest and start all over

You need to move a lever in the room past all the Steam TrapsEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭But to get to the lever, you need to open a door - and that was the door that didn't want to open for me at first. Actually I thought this was the door the OP meant as well, as it was the first door with a door symbol after the Gargoyle. The door right behind the Gargoyle didn't have a symbol until the lever was pulled.PC EU.
