I think the house is very nice overall, especially with the outside - but i think it really needs more REAL windows - the inside feels incredibly claustrophobic...

    I agree! I wish the same windows had been used as in the Sugar Bowl Suite inn room! The small dingy windows used look almost huddled together on some walls, adding to a claustrophobic feeling. :( The textures that bother me could be covered, but nothing replaces lovely windows. It is too bad, as there are many things I like about the place, especially the outside areas!

    That'd be funny if the only window building components weren't crown-only... but they are, so it isn't.

    There are no window components that appropriately cast light though. You can cover the dingy windows with anything, with drawn Khajiit curtains being an obvious choice and easily obtainable. Why would you want to use the Crown-only shutters? (Nothing wrong with the shutters, just don’t see how they are relevant to the problem with Lucky Cat Landing.)

    If I could buy and place windows like in Alinor Crest Townhouse or Sugar Bowl Suite which cast light appropriately, I would be absolutely thrilled!!! :love:

    I wasn't recommending them at all, quite the contrary. I was noting displeasure that the only window building components in the game, appropriate or not for addressing the OP's concerns, are locked behind crowns.

    We're in agreement. The building component options are very limited. I'd love for more to be available... for both currencies. And yes, light-casting windows would be fabulous.

    I agree as well. I think most of the houses lack windows. I'd love for there to be more and for them to let more light in during the day.
