South Elsweyr - The Dragon' Liar (Talk to the Dragon)

EU Server. Time about 5:15pm CET

Came into the Dragons chamber, Dragon flew in and landet. Quest says: Talk to Dragon.

I did not, logged out. Logged back in again an hour later.

Dragon was gone, quest stuck and still "Talk to the Dragon". Waited, waited....Dragon is on a brake.

Teleported out to last WP, ran back into the instance again. Dragon chamber - still no Dragon.

    PPS: Abonded quest. You have to do now all over again :)

    same issue here, no dragon to talk to
