Are the new BG styles bugged?

So I've had the BG Runner style set finished and after my last game, I got a style page from my last game called something like "Battleground Waster". But it didn't seem to do anything at all once I used it. And on a possibly related note, I'm not seeing any of the new styles in the outfit menu.
Anyone know what's going on here?

ThanrisSoul ShrivenWelp, I can confirm they are bugged. Received another page, Battleground Runner Staves, and it did the same thing. Nothing added on use, nothing new in the outfit menu.

Capsaica✭✭✭I have had the same problem. I reported it to the support team and they sent me another page since it didn't seem to work the first time I used the item. It says "You've already unlocked that collectible" when I try to use it, and it says "Already in your Collections" on the item. I wonder if it's actually just a bug with the collections UI - these are not displaying and they are therefore, not usable. That's my thought at the moment. Would like this fixed though, it's a bummer to get these and not be able to use them.0 -
Capsaica✭✭✭Update: I tried this with no addons and still can't see the style. It doesn't seem to exist in the collections tab.

✭✭✭✭✭You’re not supposed to actually get it. ZoS just wants everyone to think it’s available to entice people to try Battlegrounds, but they don’t really care about adding rewards. So they just let you think that it’s really bad RNG, when it’s not even there to begin with.

Capsaica✭✭✭These don't even exist in the Collections menu, or at an outfit station. I know there are problems with BGs right now, but not even having the ability to use these items is just frustrating. I have the style, I'd like to even be able to see it. @ZOS_GinaBruno are you guys aware of this?0
