Since the Patch, i get only a Notification for about 10% of the applications for my Guilds!

Title, i tested it without addons, and it still did not work.
If someone applies to a Guild, the People who can mange the applications do not get (always) a notfication.
We have to manually check the "Applications" window!
I am not the only one who has this problem, i have heard from atleast 5 other people the same issue.
