Way to remove "black marks" from ban record?

I've been suspended twice for inappropriate chat. The second time I was censoring myself, so I didn't think I'd get suspended. Now I'm trying hard not to let anything come out, but I'm worried I'll one day say something ban worthy that I don't consider inappropriate (Like I said, I'm trying.). Is there any way at all that I can remove one out of three strikes, even if it's just by letting a year go by? I've been playing on this character since launch, and I don't think I have the willpower to start again.

Hide your chat window. Remove the Temptation to Respond.

Just uncheck all the boxes and you will see no chat.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

PakKat "Everything was going well, until I died"
Gary Gravestink "I am glad you died, I needed the help"

That's safe, and I might use it as a last resort, but I'd enjoy the game much more if I had room for human error!

There is human error then there is saying things worthy of a ban...Just play nice and don't be rude/mean

I wasn't mean, I just said raunchy stuff. Trolls brag about not getting banned at all, which is absurd, because 25% of the time they're being mean to others. I never was. I will try my best, but I love this game, and as you said, there is human error.

There is room for human error. You filled up that space. Most of us use that judgement but or those who are challenged in that area what Nestor suggested can help them avoid temptation.

While Zos might reply to this thread, I doubt it. They have made their position on your behavior clear as you seem to have noted.

Each time I was suspended, I learned something additional about what people get offended by. I still want to learn and better myself, not get kicked. I'm not a criminal.

Suggestion: Try using a Support Ticket or use the in-game Ask for Help feature if you want a chance at an answer. Also, you get to skip the Forum Peanut Gallery chiming in.
Also, if you need some introductory guidance on what's appropriate.

There's a solid reason why you won't get an answer here on the forums. ZOS doesn't discuss things like "three strikes and you're out" because they know full well that players will then play the game where they skirt just up to the edge as many thimes as they can before ZOS punishes them. I'm not saying you would...but that's why ZOS isn't going to publicly discuss their discipline policy here on the forums. You might have more luck asking Customer Support directly about your situation.

    This, very much.

And based on OP's comments in this thread they fully understand the type of comments that got them banned and merely disagrees vs wanting to actually learn. Heck, two times banned for comments and still wonders that will get them banned says much.

This comment really says a lot.
