It appears not just the TT but even shield size is not effected from my own testing. Can anyone else confirm?

    Shields are capped on % of your max hp, you sure you dont hit cap?

    Also Thaumaturge, 23% in it boost my DOT dmg by 550/second, so don't waste points into that CP 😂

    Good point I'll check it in cyro where I know I don't hit cap
