✭✭Needed or recommended? @redspecter23 is right, you can walk in at any level and play. Though, I would think you should be around CP300 if you want to have some fun instead of just surviving it.0 -

If it's your first toon, yeah, probably wait until you have some cp. If the group has some knowledge, you could probably walk in there with 4 level 10's and destroy the place on normal.2
