EDIT: Please delete. My reading comprehension is fine, thank you, I was only taking quick peaks at the forums on breaks at work, but was anxious to know about skill changes. I should have just been more patient and read the patch notes as I now have, and see my question was helpfully already answered in the very first post. I usually search, etc. before posting questions but let impatience get the better of me today.

Anyway, this thread does not need to exist and has already gone off topic anyway.

Thank you!!!

With the significant change to DoTs, will it be free to reallocate skill points and morphs for some days after this latest patch? I see that quite a few of the abilities I’ve leveled for my stamblade will now be more effective with a different morph.

Patch note are a very good thing to read as they often give us all most of the info we need immediately following major updates. What is below is the third paragraph in the patch notes.
Note that due to the number of combat changes, we have reduced skill respecs to zero gold for one week until October 28 at 10am EDT. We hope you enjoy this latest update, which is approximately 3.81GB.

Thank you! I had only looked over them briefly thus far, perhaps should read thoroughly before asking a question, but I won’t be able to before this evening and I confess I was anxious to know! Thank you!

It’s okay. It’s a valid point that the answer was there and good to know that is included in the patch notes. :) I was being impatient. I had been feeling apprehensive about this patch and what abilities I might lose, but right now I’m excited to get home this evening and try new things!

I suppose you have a point that some people are challenged with reading. I had figured that since Zos places such a comment at the beginning of the patch notes when applicable that most could gleams that info pretty easily. Did not mean to offend you.

Bethesda are getting to be more like Blizzard everyday . stupidly screwing around with skills with little or no thought to overall game play only what effect they will have in PvP .
Should I start calling them Blizzesda now

I've said this before and will say it again until my (virtual) voice is gone. I really wish they'd customize skills for PVE vs. PVP. That would require a lot of Dev. work I'm sure, so I doubt it will ever happen. However, IMO, having a hybrid of the 2, which has been all of existence for ESO as far as I know, has just resulted in a mess and lots of pointless bickering. They change things and PVP people complain. Then they change it back slightly and PVE people complain. They need a unique set of skills for 1 vs. the other to really make the game good IMO.

@ErinM31 I was not suggesting an issue with you reading comprehension. That follow up comment was directly to the absurd comment made in reply to my first comment.

In my first comment I merely suggested reading the patch notes because many overlook the importance of the info there.

I know and your reply was appreciated, thank you. :) I did not mean to imply that you were implying that. The sarcastic comment rather did, but I tried to take it positively, but now I just feel salty.
