60 FPS cap in 'Windowed (fullscreen)' display mode

Anybody knows why? Is this related to the monitor (75 Hz) or to the game settings? Yesterday was running without any FPS cap

✭✭✭✭✭Windowed (borderless) fullscreen uses whatever your desktop refresh rate is. It's the same for all games.1
