The Augur of the Obscure quest issue

So I am trying to continue my quests with the Psijic order and I noticed I didn't have the map anymore to continue on with the Augur. I went to Josajeh to see if she would give me a new one because I didn't know what happened to it and she just gives me the general speech and didn't give me a map. Is there a way to reset the quest so I can get the items or do I need to open a ticket?

forestmages1978Soul ShrivenIt doesn't even show up in my quest log. All quest giver gives me is the map and the augur (not even a quest) and sends me on my way (prior to it messing up somehow).0

DirkRavenclaw✭✭✭✭You have a chat, then you pick up the Map in the Room where Josajah(sorry for spelling) is. You should have 9 Seals under Questitems. DrothSoul Shrivenhey! Same problem here, can't look at the Illiac bay psijic map as it is never given to me at the end of the dialogue. Talking skull and psijic seals missing too, but I guess it's a package... So I'm very curious, how did you solve your problem, forestmages1978? I'm about to try with another character of mine, to see if I get the same issue, but still, it won't solve it...0
