the inability to understand chat text from players playing different races (like in WoW)
functionality to housing.
its one of the biggest things stopping me from caring more about housing.
its a zenimax money hole.
that would be like, being able to store things in cabinets, and other actual storage items, being able to use food from the table and eat it, gain a buff, or a same from a drink. id make it so beds could be slept in for a resting bonus that increases gold income. there is a lot you cant do in an eso house.
No, they aren't.TheShadowScout wrote: »Is this some sort of joke I am not in to? I mean... bosmer totally are a playable race in ESO...Cundu_Ertur wrote: »

I want something like an account-wide character inventory management allowing withdrawal and depositing to characters without having to log on to each character.
One feature ? Heck, can I unload a truck there ?
- Playable Bosmers, as mentionend before. That means, Bosmers with stealth. Also, proper Argonians with poison resistance (NPCs keep saying they have it, us players don't).
- All skills scale with your highest ressource, always, effectively making every skill morph viable for every character without the weird need to specialise in either / or and cripling your ability to "play the way you want".
- Customisable, craftable sets, where you chose the bonus for 2, 3, 4 and 5 elements among a pool of unlocked available bonuses. Bonuses themselves are unlocked by either completing some zone-related achievements for overland, dungeon / trial achievements for trials bonuses, crafting milestones for crafting... Nothing too extreme though. Finishing the dungeon or discovering the crafting station should be enough.
- Pets health bar and management interface, with the ability to monitor a pet's HP, tell them to attack another target, to follow passiveley, to unsommon them without removing them from the skill bar, and so on. What is considered "basic pet functions" in pretty much every MMO that ever existed.
- Power fantasy and skills stability. Seing your Nightblade slowly turn into a tank because the assassination skill line has slowly become a joke and no longer pertains to assassination, or your Bosmer turned into a guard, or skills changing their goal and mechanics every few weeks, isn't fun at all. Which leads us to...
- Separate skills for PvE and PvP, so the nerfing "balancing" made for a minority of whining little *** doesn't affect everyone else.
- Proper prices on cosmetics in the crown shop. Especially outfit slots. The price for one per character outfit unlock is so high it should quyalify as armed robbery. As a comparison, Champions Online sells the same thing, per character too, for roughly 20 times less. In ESO, the asked price should warrant an account-wide unlock.
- The end of crown crates. If something exists and is available, you can chose to buy it, not gamble for it.
- Servers located in any place that isn't Germany, for their internet is one of the worst in Europe. Also, maybe a hardware upgrade from the current 33 MHz X386 built.
- One-hand and spell weapon line, or any other such magicka melee weapon line.
- Light attacks should restore stamina / magicka, heavy attacks should do damage. It doesn't make sense that a light strike is intended to deal more damage, and it doesn't make sense that putting all your weight and strength into attacking an enemy would actually deal less damage and be so effortless that you actually feel refreshed. Also, that would somewhat limit the power creep. Which leads to...
- Animation canceling should cancel the skill. Devs admitted to an issue with power creep, that DPS gets too high, which is the reason we have stupid mechanics and bullet-sponge type bosses. If canceling animation cancels the skill, you actually have to time your strikes properly. It becomes tactical choice of the proper actio nat the right time instead of trying to cram as many actions as you can, effectively limiting DPS (especially combined with my proposed changed to light and heavy attacks), solving some of the power creep issue by itself. Which also leads to...
- The end of all one-shot mechanics. This is a lazy and boring way to make an encounter challenging. A boss should be challenging by itself, not because it has a mechanic we can't counter. Which leads to...
- Lag issues, desynchronisation and apparent one-shot mechannics that are not. Like dragons killing you with almost 100k HP attacks when you're a tank without even a hint of any action taken against you. Those are not real one shot mechanics, but appear of because of the lag. You're dead before the animation even starts. This needs fixing. Also, actually lootable corpses and whatnot would be nice. "The target is out of range" when trying to loot gets old real quick.
- More space to decorate houses. Manors should have at least 1000 spaces without ESO+ The current way of things seriously limits creativity AND the amount of cash, reali life of otherwise, one will spend on furnitures.
- Merchant assistant able to repair gear, Banker assistant offering access to the guild trader.
- I'm gonna take more *** for that one than for anything else, but centralised auction house.
There is more, but unfortunately I don't have all day
