[EU PC] Softloam Cavern - STAY AWAY - Unexplainable Lagging/Crashing/Bugs + Unable to login

As the title states, I have found a very unusual situation going on in the Softloam Cavern... for some unexplainable reason whenever I enter this delve my latency instantly skyrockets above 1000, and I cannot properly interact with any objects within the dungeon including the exit door itself.
In addition to that, the quest inside seems to be impossible to complete due to missing objects and what's even worse, I managed to crash inside and now I'm unable to log in back on that character! I've currently been sitting on the login screen with message Requesting character load... for over 17 minutes.
STAY AWAY!!!!
EVERY OTHER CHARACTER FUNCTIONS JUST FINE AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUE AT ALL, NO LAG, NO CRASH, NO INTERACTION BUG
Warn your friends and guildies. I'm currently opening a ticket. I will probably spend the rest of sunday unable to play my main.

✭I had something happen a long time ago on a character. Not in a delve but in the middle of a town. Fell through environment then suddenly weird noise and computer borked. Rebooted and... did it everytime I tried logging into that character. Got fixed by submitting ticket and them relocating my character. No idea what the deal was but hopefully they can relocate your character and fix whatever is going on in that delve.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭There's a house in Aldcroft where the basement has no floor. If you try to go downstairs, you fall into space and then appear at the wayshrine. It's the house where you talk to the Duke.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1 -
