[insert complicated Dragon name here] was the first Titan transformed my Molag Bal I suggest you read the lore on it I found it pretty cool. We still never got a Molag Bal trial/ Cold harbor or even Imperial city trial and now looks like a good time since ZOS has a lot of Dragon assets in the game to really do it up with the legendary first titan. Maybe a sequel to the Imperial city main story would fit since there's a lot of stuff surrounding Akatosh.

And adding stuff to Imperial city is always nice, we need more things to make its currency more relevant.
